高效液相色谱法测定混剂中苯磺隆和异丙隆含量

Determination of Tribenuron-methyl·Isoproturon 15%WP by HPLC

本文叙述了采用反相高效液相色谱法,即以乙腈+水=70+30(V/V)为流动相,C18柱和紫外检测器同柱分离测定50%苯磺隆.异丙隆可湿性粉剂中的苯磺隆和异丙隆。结果表明,苯磺隆和异丙隆的标准偏差分别为0.02、0.03;变异系数分别为0.43%、0.05%;平均回收率分别为99.78%、99.93%;线性相关系数分别为0.9998、0.9996。

The quantitative analysis of tribenuron-methyl.isoproturon 50% WP by HPLC, using acetonitrile＋water （70＋30, V/V） as mobile phase, C18 column and UV detector was introduced in this paper. The results showed that the standard deviation for tribenuron-methyl and isoproturon were 0.02 and 0.03, the variation coefficients were 0.43% and 0.05%, the average recoveries were 99.78% and 99.93%, the liner correlations were 0.999 8 and 0.999 6 respectively.
