摘要
介绍了国家"十一五"发展纲要等关于节能减排的政策要求。结合我国玻璃纤维随着技术水平提高,能耗水平已有大幅降低,按总能耗计算,现行业单位产品产值能耗约为0.9 t标煤/万元的现状,提出与国外的差距和行业内的差距,并分析了节能的重点技术环节,提出了建议。
The policy of energy conservation and emission reduction in the developing program for the 11th Five-Year Plan are introduced. In view of the present energy consumption level in China＇s glass fiber industry, the difference with the foreign level and the difference within the industry in the country arc analyzed, based on which some key technologies for saving energy are discussed and relative proposals raised.
