摘要
研究目的:观察不同负荷的游泳运动后雄性大鼠的T淋巴细胞活性变化及其与有关影响因素的关系,以期探讨所涉及到的各免疫指标变化的机制。实验结果:中等负荷运动能提高T淋巴细胞转化率、NK细胞毒活性、IL-1和IL-2的活性;力竭运动能降低T淋巴细胞转化率、NK细胞毒活性、IL-1和IL-2的活性。运动对T淋巴细胞活性、NK细胞毒活性、IL-1和IL-2的活性的影响是多因素的综合作用,有免疫细胞之间的自身调节,也有激素和神经分泌的调节。
The purpose of the study was to observe the changes of T lymphocyte activity and their possible relationship with the changes of NK cell activity, IL- 1 and IL - 2 after different exercise load and to explore the mechanisms of changes brought from related immunologic indexes. Moderate load can improve the activity of T lymphocyte, NK cell, IL - 1 and IL - 2, while exhausted exercise can decrease the activity of T lymphocyte, NK cell, IL - 1 and IL - 2. The effects of exercise on T lymphocyte, NK cell, IL - 1 and IL - 2 were a complex and comprehensive action, in which there were self - regulation among the immune cells and the regulations of the hormone and neural secretion.
