基于自调整多数据检测的传感器小偏置量故障检测器设计

摘要 针对传感器小偏置量故障的多数据检测实时性和准确度的矛盾现状,文中提出了一种解决此问题的故障检测方法。这种故障检测方法采用了Kalman滤波器进行滤波来获得残差,并采用序贯概率比检验来实现多残差检测故障,针对不同的情况能动态的调整检测故障检测所需要最小的残差数目,具有自适应的某些特点,用来解决多数据检测某传感器小偏置量故障的实时性和高准确率问题。 Based on the contradiction of real-time and nicety in detecting little offset faults of sensor by multi-data, A novel approach is brought forward to solve it in this paper. This method uses Kalman filter to acquire the residuals of the sensor and uses sequential probability ratio test to detect the fault based on multi-residuals, which can get the least number of the residuals by dynamical calculation and has some adaptive characteristic. The method can resolve the problems of real time, which detect a fault using the residuals and this method promotes the detection accuracy.
