摘要
文中是在硝化后直接取其含酸硝化棉进行快速安定处理并尽快测出氮量值,以此调整硝化工艺,变"可能是"为"必然是",以求准确生产出规定氮量的产品。通过试验摸索出采用稀硫酸煮沸,氨水中和,用超量丙酮溶解,可沉析出"极度洗涤"的硝化棉,用硫酸亚铁法可快速测出氮量,从取样、安定处理到测知氮量,可在1h完成。
In the paper nitrogen content can be measured quickly by sampling NC (nitrocellulose)with residual acid from nitration unit, so it is possible to adjust nitration parameters to produce NC with "exactly nitrogen content". Experiment found a better method to stabilized NC, i.e. to boil it in 1% H2SO4, and neutralize it with NH4OH, then dissolve it in lots of acetone, deposit it out through lots of water, finally "extreme washing NC" has been gained and it is 'stable. Nitrogen content can be measured by method of FeSO4 titration, 1 hour should be cost ranging from sampling to getting nitrogen content.
