摘要
长期贮存产品的性能主要受贮存环境的影响,合理估算环境因素对贮存寿命的影响可为确定贮存寿命、改善贮存环境措施以及提高贮存可靠性设计水平等提供科学依据。基于贮存环境的模糊性特点,提出用三角模糊数表示不同贮存时刻环境温度和湿度的变化情况,建立模糊温度和湿度模型,并用实际数据例进行模型验证。与常规定值环境计算法相比,文中方法较接近于实际情况。
Characteristics of products are affected by environment for a long storage period. It can provide a scientific basis for ascertaining storage life. improving storage environment and raising design capacity to how to reasonably estimate environmental factor. Due to the fuzziness of storage environment, fuzzy theory is used in the environmental factor evaluation. Fuzzy temperature model and fuzzy humidity model are put forward by triangle fuzzy algebra. Finally it is verified that the method is more reasonable than conventional method for a certain value.
