A superior and more effective firepower assignment plan is given by using the target programming method, from the starting point of the firepower index of various hanging and carrying plans of battle airplanes, and according to the operational mission request, as well as on the basis of guaranteed campaign superiority, with a synthetical evaluation on the fighting efficiency of battle airplanes hanging and carrying various airborne weapons.
