摘要 为了实现二维微小角度的精度测量,采用了激光准直测角技术,并利用二维(面阵列)CCD或CMS器件作为光斑位置传感器,自动捕捉反射光斑位置,自动解算二维角度值。而选用线阵CCD光斑位置传感器,可提高测量速度、测量范围和精度。进行了理论分析和实验验证,取得了满意结果,具有工程应用价值。 In order to realize the accuracy measurement of the 2 dimensional micro-angle, the laser collimating anglemeasuring technology is used. The 2 dimensional CCD/CMS component (the surface array) is utilized to catch automatically the position of the reflection light spot and calculate the 2 dimensional micro-angles. CCD light-spot position sensor with the linear array can be chosen to improve the measuring speed, range and accuracy. The theory analysis and experiment have proved the test result, and can be used in engineering.
