The multiplexer is one of the key equipment in a standard broadcast digital TV system. In this article, the frame and syntax of Transport Stream in MPEG- 2 standard system are introduced, the implementation based on the multiplexer in MPEG -2 Transport Stream system, including hardware and software implementation are described, and the process and methods using in the system are also presented. So the practicability and maneuverability of this project are further verified.
