天津人才科技大厦基坑支护工程实录

Case History on Supporting Engineering of Foundation Pit at Tianjin Talents Science and Technology Mansion

摘要 该文介绍深度14.6~15.6m的天津人才科技大厦基坑的支护结构--以地下连续墙作为挡土、止水结构,以三层环梁作为水平支撑系统.说明如何采用合理的围护结构、支撑形式,克服土质条件差、承压水埋藏较浅、基坑周边条件紧张等困难,在确保安全的前提下,尽可能做到节约投资、方便主体施工. In this paper, the supporting engineering of foundation pit with depth of 14.6 - 15.6m is introduced in Tianjin Talents Science and Technology Mansion. The diaphlagm wall is used as retaining and waterstop structure, and three layers ring beams as horizontal support systems. It indicates that how to use the reasonable retaining structure and support system to overcome the difficuhies such as the weak quality of soil, the shallow of confined water and the inconvenient surrounding condition of foundation pit and so on, so as to ensure safety, economization and expedient construction.
