The Testing Instrument of Workpiece Surface Roughness Based on Virtual Instrument

为了便于测量和参数的显示,将传统的粗糙度测量仪与虚拟仪器技术相结合,用单片机控制AD采样,通过串口通讯传给微机,用LabVIEW软件对测量中的误差趋势量进行去除,实现粗糙度评价参数的准确测量,测量结果表明,数据准确,使用方便.

Combining the traditional roughness tester with the virtual instrument, the parameters measurement and display are implemented. The LabVIEW software is used for eliminating the error＇s tendency in the testing process in order to realize the accurate measurement for the roughness evaluation parameters.
