摘要 气体开关是超宽带高功率脉冲辐射源的关键部件之一,利用气体开关技术对辐射源输出的超宽带高功率脉冲锐化并研制长寿命的气体开关.通过数值计算和对实验数据的分析表明:气体具有良好的导通性能并且工作在高电场和1 000kPa大气压强的条件下,可以获得ps量级的脉冲前沿;密度、比热容、热导率、熔点和沸点都高的电极材料可以获得长寿命的气体开关. A gas switch is one of the important part of the ultra-band high power pulse radiation source. Using the gas-switching method, sharping the high power UWB pulses output from radiation source is dealt with, the development of the gas switch with a long life time is also disucssed. Through the numerical calculation and analysis of the experimenttal data, it is indicated that the gas has good conductance. When it works under the high electrical field and the atmosphere pressure of 1000kPa, the pulses with the rising edge oi the ps order can be obtained. By using the electrods'material with high density, specific heat capacity, thermal conductivity, mehing and boiling points, the gas switch with a long life durability can be constructed.
