摘要 针对磁饱和式可控电抗器铁心,应用大型有限元软件ANSYS,建立铁心和空气隙的模型,对铁心磁场进行分析,并对铁心空载损耗进行了计算.以220V,600VA磁饱和式可控电抗器为例,给出了铁心内部磁场分布图以及铁心空载损耗的计算值.将铁心内部磁场与理论磁场及铁心空载损耗的计算值与理论值进行比较,结果表明该模型具有较高的准确度,可以满足磁饱和式可控电抗器的工程设计要求. Aimed at magnetically controlled saturated reactor's core, model of core and air gap are built by using finite element software ANSYS, the magnetic field of core is analyZed, and core's unloaded loss is computed . Using the 220V, 600VA magnetically controlled saturated reactor as an example, the distribution of magnetic field of core and calculated value of core's unloaded loss are presented. The comparison of the magnetic field of core with theoretical magnetic field and the comparison of calculated value of core's unloaded loss with theoretical value show that the model is of high accuracy.
