基于投影寻踪技术的IT项目评标决策模型研究

摘要 介绍了投影寻踪聚类模型的基本原理,将粒子群优化算法引入该模型,建立了基于投影寻踪聚类技术的IT项目评标决策模型,通过优化投影指标函数获得最佳投影方向,得到各样本的投影值,从而对各投标方案进行分类与评价,克服了决策中权重赋值的人为干扰.实例应用表明:基于投影寻踪技术的IT项目评标决策模型具有较好的客观性和实用性. The theory of projection pursuit classification method is introduced. Particle swarm optimization algorithm is applied to this model and the IT project bidding evaluation decisionmaking model based on projection pursuit method is set up. The best projection value of each appraisal index is derived by means of optimizing the best projection direction. Thus, the bidding projects could be classified and evaluated. The practical example shows that the method adopted by this paper is feasible and effective to assess the IT projects bidding.
