河北省农村居民文化消费投入比重较低,消费结构单一,农民的文化生活单调。引导农村居民文化消费,培育农村文化消费市场,发展农村文化产业,建立健全农村公共文化服务体系,可在一定程度上可以加大农民文化消费投入,提高农民的素质,从而推动农村社会生活进步,加快新农村建设步伐。

The cultrual consumption of countryside in Hebei has the problem of low investment, single structure and monotonous life.
