通过实例分析强调无障碍设计对社会的重要意义,增强设计人员的无障碍意识。抓住目前无障碍建设的制约因素:一是无障碍设施滞后,观念淡薄;二是缺乏系统化的无障碍设计。通过对比,提出新建与改造两条途径是实现适合中国国情的无障碍建设之路。

Emphasize some concerns about the importance on barrier-free design in society in order to enhance the barrier-free consciousness of the designers by example analysis.Point out two disadvantageous elements of barrier-free construction at present:①lagging on equipment and weak consciousness of accessibility;②lacking systemic design on accessibility.By comparison,put forward the developing ways of barrier-free construction are that brings to success through construction and reconstruction in China.
