摘要
根据复合辊套的生产和使用要求,研究了3种成分的高铬铸铁通过金属型铸造后的组织和性能。结果表明,金属型铸造的Cr20高铬铸铁其铸态组织由枝晶奥氏体、共晶奥氏体和共晶碳化物组成;具有较好的韧性,并且有一定的耐蚀性和良好的耐磨性;铸态硬度达到HRC55左右。Cr20高铬铸铁能满足轧辊的生产和湿摩擦条件下的使用要求。
Microstructure and properties of permanent mold high Cr cast iron with three kinds of Cr content were investigated according to the requirements for production and application of centrifugal casting composite roller sleeve. It is found that the as-cast microstructure of permanent mold Cr20 cast iron that possesses higher ductility and good corrosion resistance as well as wear resistance consists of dendrite austenite, eutectic austenite and eutectic carbides, and its as-cast hardness can reach about HRC55. So the Cr20 high Cr cast iron can meet the application demand of the roller under wet friction condition.
