正交设计优化湖北山麦冬中总甾体酯苷的提取工艺

摘要 以湖北山麦冬(产于三峡库区)的块根为原料,采用微波萃取技术对其活性成分总甾体酯苷进行提取,通过4因素3水平的正交试验,用HPLC法测定湖北山麦冬中的甾体酯苷总甾体酯苷含量,最后确定最佳微波萃取的工艺条件是:62℃温度时,用20倍量的含乙酸和水各1.5%的甲醇溶液微波辐射萃取6次,每次辐射萃取50 s. Herborizing roots of Hubei Radix Liriopes from the area of Three Gorges, the steroidal glycosides can be extracted from Hubei Radix Liriopes with microwave extraction technology; and the condition of extraction is optimized by the L9 (34) orthogonal design-direct. The proportion of steroidal glycosides is measured by spectrophotometer. The best technological conditions were the extraction temperature of 62℃, extraction time of 50s and 6 times; the menstruum is composed of 97% carbinol, 1.5% acetic acid and 1.5% water, the volume of the menstruum is 25 times of the material.
