小冲杆试验技术在金属材料性能评定中的应用 被引量:2

Application of small punch testing technology in the performance determination of metal material

摘要 引入小冲杆试验法,根据其测试原理获得2.25C r1Mo钢、2.25C r1Mo钢、1.25C r0.5Mo钢三种材料的P-δ曲线,定量判定材料的机械性能;同时分析试样,定性判定材料性能。 The paper introduces small punch testing. Based on test principle, 2.25CrMo,2.25CrMo and 1.25Cr0.5Mo are tested and the curves obtained from test can quantifieationally determine the material mechanical performance. At the same time the samples are analysed and can qualitatively determine the material performance.
