针对GZX50自动控温厢式干燥机控制电路存在的耗油量大、温度波动大等问题,介绍一种基于单片机、模糊控制算法的干燥机控制系统,从硬件结构和控制算法两方面进行改进设计。实际应用结果较理想。

The control circuit for case of automatic control temperature dry machine of model GZX50 exist the problems of the quantity of consuming oil and the range of temperature wave. The author introduces a kind of control system based on micro computer and fuzzy control algorithm, which is improved and designed from two aspect, hardware construction and control algorithm. The physically applied result obtains satisfactory progress.
