摘要 目的研究杨氏欣痨宁(YLN)胶囊对ICR小鼠结核病模型的抗结核作用.方法建立ICR小鼠结核模型,研究YLN对结核分枝杆菌H37RV感染ICR小鼠结核病模型的体内抗结核作用.结果YLN对ICR小鼠结核病模型有明显的抗结核作用:①YLN高、中、低剂量组[1.0 g/(kg.d)、0.5 g/(kg.d)和YLN0.25 g/(kg.d)]ICR小鼠ST50明显大于模型空白对照组,其中YLN高剂量组最显著.YLN用药组不及西药组,YLN高剂量组ST50明显大于猫爪草组,INH+YLN联合用药组存活率高于单用药组;②YLN各剂量组体重明显提高,尤以YLN高剂量组最为显著;YLN单用药组增加体重效果不及阳性西药对照组,YLN高剂量组作用接近猫爪草组,INH+YLN联合用药组作用优于YLN中剂量组;③除YLN低剂量组肝致病指数无影响外,其余各用药组致病指数明显降低,尤以YLN高剂量组最显著.YLN高剂量组作用优于猫爪草组,而肝致病指数与EMB组接近,INH+YLN联合用药组作用优于单用药组.结论YLN各剂量组对ICR小鼠结核模型具有明显的抗结核作用,尤以高剂量组抗结核作用最为明显. Objective To study the antituberculosis effect of Yangshixinlaoning Capsule (YLN) on the ICR murine model with tuberculosis (TB). Methods A murine model infected with M. tuberculosis H37RV was established to study the anti -TB effect of YLN in vivo. Results Anti -TB experiment in vivo showed YLN had significant effect on ICR murine model. ① ST50 of experiment groups respectively treated by YLN [1.0g/ (kg.d), 0.5g/ (kg·d), 0.25g/ (kg·d)], especially 1.0g/ (kg·d), was obviously longer than that of control group. Effect of all groups treated by YLN was no better than that of groups treated by the chemotherapeutic drugs. ST50 of group treated by YLN of higher dose was longer than that of group treated by Mao Zhua Cao. Survival rate of group treated by YLN combined with INH was higher than that of monotherapy model.②Body weight was obviously increased in groups with various dosage of YLN, especially in the goup with larger dose. Effect of monotherapy with YLN was no better than groups with the chemotherapeutic drugs, and effect of higher dose YLN was similar to that of Mao Zhua Cao group. Combination of YLN and INH resulted in much more body weight than mid - dose YLN group.④Except for liver pathogenic index in the low - dose YLN group, the organ pathogenic index in groups with various dosage of YLN was significantly decreased , especially high - dose YLN group. Effect of high - dose YLN group was better than that of Mao Zhua Cao, but liver pathogenic index of high - dose YLN group was similar to that of EMB group. Combination of INH and YLN was much better than monotherapy. Conclusion These results indicated that YLN, especially in higher doses, could improve the treatment outcome in ICR murine TB model.
