摘要
分别介绍了联合国欧洲经济委员会(ECE)和欧洲经济共同体(EEC)制动法规对半挂车和半挂牵引车制动性能的要求。通过对比,分析了我国半挂车制动标准存在的问题和与国外先进制动法规的差距,提出要修订和完善我国制动法规,尽快地与国际先进标准接轨,以提高我国挂车的制动性能和制造质量。
Requirernents of the braking regulation by the United Nations Economic Commission for Europe (ECE) and the Europe Economic Community (EEC) foword the braking performace of semitrailer and semitractor are related individually. Existential problems and disparities of the semitrailer standard by our country are analysed by way of contrast. In order to improve braking performance and making quality of our country sernitrailer products, this peper put forward that we have to revise our country braking regulation, perfect it and cause it in accordance with tointernational standad as soon as possible.
