摘要
甲醛是一种有毒物质,严重危害人的身体健康.样品来源不同,测定方法有异,对几种常用或非常用的甲醛测定方法分别进行原理、回收率、检出限、线性范围和干扰因素等分析,得出了甲醛含量测定方法的优选概念,对粮食、环境、各种食品的安全技术研究具有指导意义.
Formaldehyde is a toxicant, it threaten human being's health. Different samples need different determination methods. The aim of this study is introduce some ordinary or extraordinary methods to detecting the formaldehyde in kinds of samples. Summarized the principium, callback rate, linearity range, disturb factors and so on in the whole bag of tricks. It's has a guidance meaning in choosing detecting method of formaldehyde.
