在自动化生产中,为保证各自动化环节的正常运行,必须对其进行预测和监控。刀具磨损的预测和监控,也是保证自动化生产顺利进行的关键。本文介绍了刀具磨损的测量方法,并介绍了对刀具正常磨损、异常磨损和断裂的预测和监控,它对汽车自动化生产有实用价值。
