摘要
在对土壤有益放线菌研究中筛选到3株对冬枣黑斑病菌具有较好抑菌活性的放线菌株(RA-1、RA-2、RA-3),室内平板对峙培养测定抑菌带直径均达10mm以上。本文报道了利用3株放线菌发酵液对冬枣黑斑病的防治效果。结果表明施药3次后,RA-2防治效果最好,高达53.42%,其次为RA-3,RA-1与康吉在P<0.05水平上无显著性差异。
In the research of benefical soil Actionmycte , 3 strains of Actinomycete were isolated, which had obvious antimicrobial action against Alternaria tenuissima . Through plate external screening, the inhibion zones of RA-1.RA-2.RA-3 were all above 10mm. In this paper, using the metabolite of actinomycete to control the "Dongzao"jujuba black patch, the result showed that the control efficacy of RA-2 was 53.42%, then RA-3. RA-1 and fungicide kangji had no significant effect on the activity at the level P〈0.05.
