摘要
本文主要研究当今图书馆员工作满意度的结构及其对快乐指数的效应。通过t检验分析发现:当今图书馆员工作满意度的6个因子,以及他们工作满意度的总指数,对其快乐指数各因子均有不同程度的显著影响。总的来说,工作满意度水平越高,快乐水平也相应较高。
The structure of librarians＇ work satisfaction and its effects on their happiness-index are analyzed in this research. Based on t-test, effects imposed on each factor of happiness-index are found more or less from a total value of work satisfaction and six factors. In sum, the higher level an individual librarian gets on work satisfaction, the higher level of happiness one＇s probable to get correspondingly.
