摘要
本文以多元线性回归为数据分析手段,在系统考察当今图书馆员工作满意度影响因素的基础上,建立了以工作满意度为因变量的回归模型。模型的自变量涉及三类:人口学的基本信息;快乐指数因子;组织承诺因子。最后又进一步对这些因子的影响效应进行了分析。
Based on the systematical and comprehensive survey on the factors of librarians' work satisfaction, a model whose dependent factor is librarians' work satisfaction has been established by means of a multiple regression analysis. The independent factors including three groups are described as follows:private information; The librarians' subjective well; the librarians' organizational commitment. Results are summarized and suggestions are provided after data analysis.
