本文首先对公路盐胀的基本规律、病害特征及工程设计原则作一般性介绍，然后通过国道314线焉耆、轮台、阳霞试验路的对比，说明半刚性基层的明显作用。最后提出路面结构层验算方法。

Firstly the paper makes a general introduction about the principal law of the higway salt dilate, the feature of the distress and the principle of the engineering's project.Then explains the function of the semi-rigid subgrade from the comparison between the Yan Qi test road of the national road 314, the LunTai test road, the Yangxia test road and the CeTaya rebuilt road. Finally points out the'way that the pavement structure layer is checked.
