摘要
目的探讨临床见习对护理本科生职业态度的影响。方法采用护士职业态度量表对92名护理本科生临床见习前后分别进行调查,并对结果进行对比。结果临床见习对护理本科生职业态度总体分值的影响趋向积极,见习后职业态度总体得分均值高于见习前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论临床见习影响护理本科生职业态度的发展,教育者应正确引导,促进其积极职业态度的形成。
Objective To explore the influence of clinical probation on the professional attitude among undergraduate nursing students. Methods 92 undergraduate nursing students were investigated before and after the clinical probation using the Nurse Professional Manner Questionnaire. Result After the clinical probation, the score of professional manner was higher than before (P 〈0.01 ). Conclusion The clinical probation can influence the development of the professional manner of undergraduate nursing students. The educators should correctly guide the students and promote the formation of professional manner.
