摘要 应用急诊信息管理系统,对服务流程中的挂号、收费、药房系统、检验系统及其标本条码标识、电子病历等诸多环节进行优化和重组,优化就诊流程,减少以往患者就诊中多次排队、多次划价交费等环节,使急诊医疗服务流程更加畅通、快捷,提高了医护人员工作效率,减少了医生、护士繁琐的手工书写,提高了医疗护理文书质量;缩短了患者平均就诊等待时间、检查检验及交费等待时间和全程诊疗时间;规范了病历管理及急诊管理制度。 A computer net information management system was applied in emergency department. The working flow was optimized in registration system, charge system,pharmacy system,laboratory test system and eleetronical ease - recording management system. This practice minimized the links of repeated charge,made the consultation flow more eonvinient and fast,improved working efficiency and shortened patients' waiting time due to laboratory test and charge, relieved doctors' and nurses' workload due to fussy hand writing,improved the quality of medical and nursing records,and standarded the management system of medical documents and emergency management.
