摘要 以毒三素链霉菌XC-lp-2的变株OT-3为出发菌株,经UV和微波复合诱变处理,并在含豆油的平板上定向筛选耐豆油突变株,获得了高产突变株XC-lp-69,其lipstatin发酵效价达到911μg/ml,较出发菌株OT-3提高了71.6%。传代试验表明突变株XC-lp-69的高产遗传特性稳定。 After Stretomyces toxytricini OT-3 was treated by UV and microwave irradiation, the soybean oil tolerant mutants were screened and a high-titre strain XC-lp-69 was obtained. The productivity of strain XC-lp-69 reached 911μg/ml, which is 71.6% more than that of the starting stain OT-3. The subculture experiments indicated that the hereditary character of high productivity of strain XC-lp-69 is stable.
