摘要 血管紧张素Ⅱ-1型受体基因(AGTR1)是人类编码AT1受体的基因,是肾素-血管紧张素系统(RAS)的3个关键基因之一,因为该基因与一些代谢性疾病相关,本文就近年来AGTR1基因与血管相关代谢性疾病的相关性研究现况作一简要综述。 　Angiotensin Ⅱ receptor type 1（AGTR1）gene encoding human angiotensin Ⅱ type 1（AT-1） receptor is one of the three critical genes in rennin-angiotensin system.The latest findings regarding to the relationship between AGTR1 and blood vessel related metabolism diseases were reviewed.
