摘要
报道了一种新的橙皮甙测定方法。它是基于在硫酸介质中,橙皮甙与氢离子形成配离子,其特征吸收峰波长为500nm,从而实现了橙皮甙的快速测定。方法的线性范围为0.0400-0.4000g/L,检出下限为0.0021g/L。该法简便、快速、准确,适合橙皮甙的质量检测。
A new method for the determination of hesperidins was reported. Based on a coordination ion of hesperidins with H^+ was presence in sulfuric acid solution,and there was character absorption wavelength of the ion at 500 nm,we can quickly determine the concentration of hesperidins in the sample. Within the range of concentration in 0.0400 - 0.4000 g/L,the detection limit was 0.0021 g/L.This method was simple,rapid,accurate and suitable for the quality measure of hesperidins.
