Comparison of Drought-resistance among Difference Wheat Materials

摘要 为了选择抗旱性强的小麦品种。选用陕合6号、郑引1号、小偃22三个小麦品种,室内砂培,当小麦抽生第3个叶片时,自然脱水法测定其离体叶片保水力并用连续升温电导法测定细胞膜透性,比较不同品种的抗旱性强弱。自然脱水测定结果是:陕合6号、小偃22、郑引1号的含水量分别下降了350.91%、467.8%和441.53%。陕合、小偃、郑引电导率测定的拐点温度分别为65、55和60℃。三者抗逆性大小为:陕合6号>郑引1号>小偃22。陕合6号的抗旱性最好。 The study was conducted to select the wheat varieties with strong drought-resistance. In the sand culture test with 3 wheat varieties of Shanhe 6,Zhengyin 1 and Xiaoyan 22 as tested materials, when wheat grew out the third leaf, the water retention capacity in excised leaf was determined by natural dehydration method and the permeability of cell. membrane was determined by continuous rising temperature conductance method, and the drought-resis-tances of different varieties were compared. Determination with natural dehydration method showed that the water contents of Shanhe 6, Zhengyin 1 and Xi-aoyan 22 were decreased by 350.91% ,467.8 % and 441.53 %, respectively. The turning point temperatures determined by conductance method for Shanhe 6,Zhengyin 1 and Xiaoyan 22 were 65,55 and 60℃.The drought-resistance for 3 wheat varieties in order was Shanhe 6 〉 Zhengyinl 〉 Xiaoyan 22, indicat-ing that wheat variety Sb.anhe 6 had highest drought-resistance.
