研究生群体特征与学校道德教育策略探讨

Discussion on the Graduate Student Community and Moral Education Strategy in School

研究生是我国社会主义现代化建设高层次人才的重要来源,研究生德育是研究生教育的重要组成部分,由于研究生的心理发展阶段、成员类型及学校培养方式和目标的差异,使得研究生群体具有一些异于本科生的特质,这些特质正是学校道德教育的重要依据。但现实教育过程中并未得到学校的充分重视,所以导致了道德教育的低效,针对这些现状结合研究生群体的特征,提出几点改善研究生道德教育策略的建议。

The graduate student education is the important talented personnel origin with high level in socialism medemization in China,and the graduate student moral education is the important constituent which should be educated. As a result of graduate student＇s psychology development phase, the member type,the raising mean in school and the difference with target,enable the graduate student community to have some special characteristic being variance with undergraduate student,and these special characteristics are precisely the important bases of moral education in school.However, in the reality educa-tion process, these special characteristics were not fully paid attention by school. The moral education strategy was not adopted to the graduate student com-munity.Therefore it caused the moral education low effect.Based on the present situation,the author proposed several strategies in improving the graduate student moral education.
