高等教育自学考试服务“三农”的实践与思考

Practice and Thought of Self-taught Higher Education Examination Serving "Agriculture,Rural areas and Peasantry"

提高农民素质是解决"三农"问题的关键。高等教育自学考试是我国高等教育体系的重要组成部分,是适合于农民参加高等学历教育的有效学习形式,通过考试制度创新、完善助学体系、加强组织和引导等措施大力开展农村高等教育自学考试工作,进而提高农民素质,促进农村的经济建设和发展。对今后农村高等教育自学考试工作的发展做了一些思考。

The improvement of the quality of farmers is the key in solving the problem about agriculture, rural and peasant. Self-tanght higher education examination is the important part in our country＇s higher education system and is the efficient form suitable for farmers to take part in higher education, which energetically launches self-taught higher education examination in country through many measures such as the innovation in exam＇s regulations, per- fecting study-aid system, strengthening organization and guidance so as to improve the quality of farmers and promote country＇ s development and construc- tion. In the paper the development on country＇ s self-taught higher education examination was discussed.
