摘要
以苯胺为原料,经重氮化、偶联、缩合环化等反应合成3,5-二氨基-4-苯偶氮基吡唑,采用红外光谱、核磁共振光谱、元素分析鉴定了结构;通过调节偶联反应体系的酸碱度,确定了适宜pH为5,收率88%;对缩合环化反应条件进行了研究,确定了适宜反应时间为4h,反应温度为78℃,收率84.2%。
Taking aniline as primary substance, 3,5-diamino-4-phenylazo-lH-pyrazole was synthesized via diazotization, coupling and circling reaction. The structures were confirmed by IR, 1H NMR and elemental analysis. By adjusting pH of coupling reaction, the optimal pH was selected as 5, and the yield was 88%. Through an investigation of condensation cyclization the conditions, the optimal reaction time and temperature was considered to be 4 h and 78℃ respectively,
