摘要
以4-(反式-4'-正烷基环己基)环已基甲醚烯为原料,经浓盐酸作用,水解、转型连续进行,"一锅煮"法合成了乙烷类和乙烯类液晶中间体4-(反式-4'-正烷基环己基)环己基甲醛,纯化后总收率75%。
4-(Trans-4"-n-alkyl cyclohexyl) cyclohexylformaldehydes which were used as ethane- and ethylence-type liquid crystal intermediates were synthesized in "one-pot" reaction from 4- (trans-4"-n-alkyl cyclohexyl) cyclohexyl methoxymethene through hydrolysis and isomerization. The overall yield of the product after purification was about 75%.
