城市基础设施为城市居民的生产、生活提供服务。经济的发展、社会的进步使人们对基础设施的服务质量提出更高的要求。人类工程学从研究人机环境相互协调的角度出发,以安全、舒适、有效为目标,为城市基础设施的规划建设提出建议,对提高基础设施的服务质量具有积极的意义。

The infrastructure of city provides services to human production and life. Along with the economical development and social progress, people demand a higher quality on the infrastructure city. From the standpoint of coordination of human being and environment, and aiming at safety, comfort and efficiency, the study of ergonomics offers proposal to the planning and building of infrastructure. The proposal is of a positive significance to improve the service quality of city infrastructure.
