摘要
尽管《商标法》及《地理标志产品保护规定》对地理标志的使用问题作了相关规定,但现实中,对于农产品的地理标志注册和知识产权贸易中仍存在问题,如何通过改善我国现行的地理标志保护模式,是一个值得思考和研究的问题。
Although the Merchandise Marks Act and Genomie Indication Marks Rule have told how to use Genomic indication marks, today it is still a problem in trades. Meliorating the laws and methods is a chronically assignment today. We should establish a better model to protect the Genomic indication marks.
