基于“以人为本”对商业银行管理创新的认识

目前在我国,商业银行激烈竞争的格局早已形成,要把我国的商业银行打造成具有国际竞争力的商业银行,迫切需要我们对商业银行的管理有新的认识,从管理的角度来提高商业银行的竞争力。本文提出了以人为本的管理理念,对商业银行的管理提出了创造性建议。

Recently, the fierce competition pattern between commercial banks has been formed in China. In order to make China＇s commercial banks have international competitiveness, we urgently need to have a new understanding of the management of commercial banks, so as to increase their competitiveness from the point of management.
