摘要
对炉膛和烟道漏风对排烟温度及排烟损失的影响进行了分析和研究。结果表明,锅炉漏风使排烟损失增加,漏风位置越靠近炉膛(包括炉膛),排烟损失越大,反之亦然;当锅炉烟风系统的漏风系数为0.1时,引起的排烟损失增加0.2%以上,使机组供电煤耗增加0.6-2.0(g/kW.h)。在锅炉运行中,应尽量控制系统漏风,以提高机组的运行经济性。
Based on heat transfer theory, the influence of air leakage into furnace and flue duct upon the exhaust gas temperature and exhaust gas loss have been studied and analysed. The air leakage into boiler increases the exhaust gas loss, the closer the air leakage position near to the furnace (including the furnace) the larger the exhaust gas loss is, and vice versa. In the event of air leakage coefficient in the gas and air system to be 0.1, it makes the exhaust gas loss to increase more than 0.2%, making the coal consumption of supplied power to increase about 2.0 g/kW · h. In operation of the boiler, the air leakage into the system should be controlled as far as possible, so as to enhance the economic behavior in operation of the unit.
