摘要
分析了白马循环流化床(CFB)示范电站有限公司300 MW CFB锅炉翻床的原因,提出了一次风流量和一次风压力自动调节的控制方案。一次风系统投入自动运行后,两侧双支腿床压之差基本能控制在2.5 kPa,有效避免了锅炉翻床现象的发生。
The causes resulting in bed -overturn of 300 MW circulating fluidized bed (CFB) boiler in Baima CFB Demonstration Power Plant Co Ltd have been analysed, a control scheme of automatic regulation for primary air flow rate and for primary air pressure being put forward. After putting the primary air system into automatic operation, the pressure difference between two underpants legs can be basically controlled to 2.5 kPa, avoiding effectively the occurence of bed- overturn phenomenon in CFB boiler.
