摘要
分析了钢球磨煤机中贮式制粉系统的运行特性和影响系统经济运行的因素,并针对此提出了一种基于模糊解耦自寻优-模糊采样PI相结合的三回路自动控制策略,以协调控制制粉系统的磨煤出力、干燥出力、通风出力。现场应用表明,所设计的控制系统可良好地实现3个回路的解耦控制,运行安全可靠,节能效果显著。
The operation characters of coal pulverizing system with intermediate storage bunker for ball mills, as well as factors affecting economic operation of said system have been analysed. Directing against these, a tri - loop automatic control strategy on the basis of combining the fuzzy decoupling with the self- optimization fuzzy sampling PI has been put forward, to coordinately control three outputs of the coal pulverizing system. Application in the field shows that the designed control system can well realize the decoupling control in three loops, being safe and reliable in operation, having remarkable effectiveness of energy- saving.
