摘要
通过断口宏观形貌观察、化学成分分析、拉伸性能和冲击性能试验、硬度测试、断口微观形貌观察和金相组织检查等方法,对锅炉捞渣机链环断裂的原因进行了分析。结果表明:捞渣机链环的失效类型为疲劳断裂。在捞渣机运行过程中,链环弯弧段内侧近表面在残余拉应力和拉弯疲劳载荷的作用下被反复挤压磨损,晶界微裂纹在链环弯弧段内侧近表面萌生和扩展,直至断裂。
Through methods such as macroscopic observation of fracture's appearance, test of chemical composition, test of tensile property, shock test, hardness measurement, microscopic observation of fracture's appearance, and metallographic organization examination etc. , the causes leading to chain - rings' breakage of the slag - dredger used for boilers have been analysed. Resuhs show that the type of failure concerning chain rings' breakage of the slag - dredger is fatigure fracture. In operation of the slag-dredger, the inner near surface in bent section of the chain - rings had been repeatedly compressed and wornout under effect of the residual tensile stress and pulling- bending fatigue load at the near surface of chain- rings, the grain- boundary microflaws being sprouting and expanding from the inner near surface up to final breakage.
