论述了高速公路交通管理系统的优点，介绍了系统采用的战略思想和管理战略，简述了战略的应用。
reeway Traffic Management System is very important to make the best use of the freeways capacity.This article focuses on system benefits,management concepts and strategy,application of the strategy in China.Also some tentative ideas are discussed.
