农村留守儿童问题解决方式初探——以成都市三溪镇留守儿童关爱中心为例

The Preliminary Studying for the Solution of The rural left-behind Children Problem——An Example from Sanxi Town,Jintang County,Chengdu City

留守儿童是伴随着工业化、城镇化进程和大规模的劳动力转移而产生的,留守儿童问题的解决关系到社会主义新农村建设和城乡协调发展大局,相关部门和理论界应该给予高度的重视。然而,政府目前对留守儿童问题的解决还没有较清晰的思路,一些地方也还处于摸索阶段。文章以四川解决留守儿童问题的一个试点项目——留守儿童关爱中心作为切入点,探讨留守儿童关爱中心的相关问题。

The left- behind children phenomenon is accompanied with industrialization, urbanization and large - scale rural surplus labor force transfer. Whether such left - behind children could be well resolved is heavily related to the construction of new socialism rural district and harmonious development between city and rural area. The relevant authorities and the theory circle ought to attach great importance on it. However, the government doesn＇t have a clearcut resolution to this problem at present and the officials in some local levels are still at the stage of fumbling in practice or in theory. This article take the left - behind children trusteeship institution which is Sichuan province＇ s pilot project of solving the left - behind children problem as the breaking point, and discuss the relevant problem of the left - behind children trusteeship institution.
