摘要
利用相似原理,通过水模拟研究艾萨炉熔池搅动情况,分析比较气量喷吹气量与混合均匀时间关系,推导一般规律,为进一步提高产能、降低消耗、提高炉壁寿命和自动控制水平提供理论依据。
Using similitude theory, the mixing circumstances of ISA smelting process were studied through hydraulic modeling, the relationship between the airflow rate and uniform mixing time was analyzed and compared and the common regular pattern was deduced. The study provides a theoretical basis for farther production capacity increase, consumption reduction and improvement for the life of furnace lining and automatic control level.
