变性高效液相色谱技术在细菌耐药基因检测中的研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 近年来,耐药问题一直困扰着公众健康,如何检测耐药菌株,更好地促进耐药菌株的分离是关键。最近,一项新的技术——变性高效液相色谱(DHPLC)被应用于细菌耐药性的检测。在相同的温度下,杂合双链比纯合双链解链早,DHPLC以此来检测DNA分子的突变;WAVEMAKER软件将结果转换成不同的图谱。DHPLC同时具备了全自动、准确、灵敏以及高通量的优点。
