慢性肾功能不全患者血清1,5-脱水葡萄糖醇变化的临床意义

摘要 目的:观察慢性肾功能不全患者血清1,5-脱水葡萄糖醇变化的临床意义。方法空腹血清经去除蛋白质及阴离子交换树脂(AG1×8)的前处理,在过氧化物酶的作用下,测定吸光度并求得血清1,5-AG浓度。尿液应用全酶反应法测定尿中1,5-AG排泄量。结果:慢性肾功能不全组中,血清1,5-AG浓度与反映球体滤过率(GFR)的血清铬浓度的倒数呈正相关,相关系数为r=0.742。糖尿病组中,血清铬浓度即使正常,尿1,5-AG排泄量也显著增加,两者间无相关关系。结论:1,5-AG指标在评价患有肾功能障碍的糖尿病患者时具有重要的意义。
